IZMA is becoming more and more successful each year. For over 3 years Katrina McCoy has been running and managing IZMA Models mostly by herself as the head talent manager starting with female models then. Now she has added another division IZMA Talent which holds male, children and elder models along with actors, dancers, athletes and artists. With the many opportunities that is being present to Ms. McCoy, she decided to add another well experience Talent Manager Lynne Conte of Conte’s Networking Communications.
Together, we have developed a strong team and ready to invite new, bright models and large clients to Izma Models and Talent as we can train online in our exquisite world of technology. Lynne Conte is highly educated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Management, Associates of Arts Degree in Journalism, Masters Degree of Education and Masters Certificate in Music Business and pursuing a Masters Degree of Education with “Great” exposure to know what it takes to succeed throughout the entertainment industry.
Ms. Conte uses marketing, communication and management skills to obtain clients, develop industry relationships and establish written agreements. Her main objectives are negotiating agreements with clients, establish contracts for these clients with industry businesses and develop strong associations with professionals within the industry to help assist and direct talents.
Lynne is currently one of the article feature writer for
Rap Pages Magazine and work with national and international talent, film composers and film directors/producers. She is so excited to expand her skills and talent with the beautiful models here with IZMA. By her taking lead with the management, she commits to giving models great opportunities and HELPS TALENTS live their dreams®.
